The initial consultation is free. If you choose to move forward, the $1,000 flat fee is due at the start of the engagement, before work begins. Our fee is a flat rate and is never calculated as a percentage of your purchase price, and we do not accept referral fees, commissions, or kickbacks from dealerships.

While we work to secure the best possible price and terms on your behalf, we cannot guarantee a specific savings amount, vehicle availability, financing approval, or that any particular dealer will negotiate. Final purchase decisions and contracts are always between you and the selling dealer.
You agree to provide accurate information about your budget, timeline, and vehicle preferences, and to communicate promptly so we can act on your behalf effectively.
MyCarAdvocate is not a party to the final vehicle purchase agreement between you and the dealership. We are not liable for the dealership's actions, vehicle condition, financing terms offered, or any disputes arising from the transaction itself.
You may cancel at any time before closing on a vehicle. See our Refund Policy for how your fee is handled if you cancel or a deal doesn’t come together.
